Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is launching his own collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in a partnership with Pak, a digital artist and programmer.
The so-called "Censored" NFT collection will be dropped in two parts: a dynamic 1/1 NFT and a dynamic, open edition. While the details of the initiative remain unclear, the release date is set for February 7, 2022.
Pak, also known as Murat Pak, is best-known for their highest-selling NFT, "Merge," which made $91.8 million in sales in December 2021.
This is the most expensive non-fungible token so far. Pak's works have been sold on Sotheby's and marketplaces like Nifty Gateway, MakersPlace, SuperRare and Async Art.
To The Moon previously reported about a couple who made a fortune from selling a collection of duck cartoon NFTs. They created the Dastardly Ducks collections consisting of 10,000 uniquely generated digital ducks to save their home and farm from foreclosure.
